Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Professional to join our team as an Assistant Director at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating our centre team, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to building a thriving business.
About the Role:
- Leadership and Management: Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care, mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, and be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
- Practice and Implementation: Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to ensure the highest standards of early learning and care.
- Centre Operations: Collaborate with the centre team to ensure the smooth operation of the centre, including the management of centre resources and the development of centre policies and procedures.
- Community Engagement: Forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and actively engage with the local community networks.
