  • Promote financial acumen across the firm through training and awareness initiatives, driving cultural change.
  • Provide responsive support on ad hoc queries and initiatives, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in commerce, law, or business.
  • Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within professional services or legal environments.
  • CA, CPA, or equivalent (highly desirable).
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
