Social Work Industry Facilitator Opportunity

Flinders University's College of Education, Psychology and Social Work is seeking a skilled facilitator to oversee student placements across the mental health sector. This role involves providing innovative teaching, exploring new partnerships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify challenges and design creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver effective placement strategies to meet university requirements and sector needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies and industry partners.
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs and resources to support student learning and professional development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A PhD or equivalent professional experience in an area relevant to social work.
  • Membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, with a minimum of five years post-qualifying experience in the mental health sector.
