Job Title: Sales Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience working within a similar industry or role.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the regional growth strategy by servicing new and existing Sales Accounts. Key responsibilities include assisting with travel arrangements, planning company events, meetings, and team-building activities, coordinating logistics, and providing general administrative support to managers and team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with travel arrangements and coordinate logistics
  • Plan company events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Provide general administrative support to managers and team members
  • Maintain proper project and order filling, processing enquiries, quotations, and orders
  • Manage correspondence and expense reports
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience working within a similar industry or role
  • Mature judgment and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
