We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Operations Coordinator to join our team in managing the day-to-day operations of vehicle sales and disposals.

This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and BMD Fleet Manager;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, business units, and customers;
  • Preparing and submitting reports, repair quotes/orders, and invoices as required;
  • Conducting pre-disposal inspections and reporting, including ongoing management of documents and photographs;
  • Managing contracts, invoices, and documentation associated with the sale/disposal of BMD vehicles/equipment internally and externally;
  • Assisting with data management, analysis, storage, and housekeeping;
  • Supporting vehicle maintenance/repair, RWC, redeploy, transport, and disposal;
  • Engaging with sales inquiries, sold vehicle handovers, and customer interaction;
  • Overseeing the movement of vehicles, equipment, and staff within the organization;
  • Working with TMR regarding registration management, cancellations, and transfers;
  • Maintaining electronic systems and ensuring the shed, detailing area, and yard are kept safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
