About this role
This position is responsible for delivering effective maintenance services to our clients while maintaining exceptional product support and service standards.
Respond promptly to all maintenance calls and emails, access required levels of work with authorized repairers, and provide appropriate repair authorizations in line with vehicle contracts and delegated approval levels.
Ensure that all customer and supplier queries are answered appropriately.
Foster a strong customer-centric culture; one of accountability, engagement, and experience ownership, where team members work collaboratively and intelligently within a proactive environment, collectively owning their team KPIs and working towards high customer satisfaction ratings.
Maintain and control servicing and repair costs for all fleet vehicles.
Minimize downtime of vehicles (VOR).
Optimize warranty benefits, including requests for post-warranty support on manufacturers'
