We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of technical and engineering aspects of daily operations, including disruption recovery, technical support, maintenance monitoring and compliance control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members
  • Manage the day to day support roles within the team to align with operational priorities
  • Ensure daily compliance control of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activity
  • Support the fleet with regards to technical aspects
  • Engage and educate stakeholders throughout the business
  • Fleet technical support

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Australian Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence in the Mechanical or Avionics category
  • B1 and/or B2 A320/321 or another Airbus type rating on CASA licence (essential)
  • B1 and/or B2 B787 or another Boeing type rating on CASA licence (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a Maintenance Watch, Heavy or Line Maintenance environments as an MCE or LAME
  • The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of airline operations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of PART 42 / 145 regulatory framework
  • Solid capabilities in the use of Microsoft products
  • An understanding of TRAX, Skywise, SHM, ROCADE, AHM and MyBoeingFleet
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
