**Job Description**:
We are on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Fitter to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in providing mechanical and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing plans to ensure the reliability of our factory and equipment.
**Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day**:
- Performing mechanical and preventative maintenance tasks
- Diagnosing faults and finding solutions to minimize downtime and improve plant equipment performance
- Helping to create and implement preventative maintenance plans
- Following safe work practices and reporting hazards to keep our workplace safe
**Qualifications**:
- Mechanical Fitting Trade Qualification (Certificate III or higher)
- Forklift and EWP high-risk work tickets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with fine tolerances in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with disconnect/reconnect is a bonus
