Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Engine Repair Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in small engine repair and maintenance, with a strong knowledge of engine components, systems, and repair procedures.

About the Role:

  • Servicing, diagnostic and repairing a range of small engines including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, lawnmowers, garden equipment and chainsaws.
  • Focusing on delivering high-quality work while ensuring efficient turnaround times and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Working closely with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise in engine repair and maintenance.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and belt replacements.
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and repair complex engine problems.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed, including detailed descriptions and parts used.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in small engine repair and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of engine components, systems, and repair procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
