Senior Engineering Superintendent

This leadership role oversees maintenance strategies, drives continuous improvement and ensures safe operations in a mining environment.

\Job Description:
  • Lead planning, scheduling, reliability, condition monitoring and technical writing teams.\
  • Ensure maintenance strategies are effectively executed and drive continuous improvement.\
  • Deliver safe, efficient and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and develop multi-disciplinary technical teams.\
  2. Drive reliability, condition monitoring and defect elimination initiatives.\
  3. Oversee planning, scheduling and maintenance execution readiness.\
  4. Ensure compliance with OEM and statutory maintenance standards.\
  5. Provide strategic reporting, budget input and performance insights.\
  6. Champion team development, succession planning and capability building.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Reliability Engineering.\
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in mining maintenance or engineering, including 3+ years in leadership.\
  • Strong knowledge of HME operations (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr).\
  • Experience with SAP PM, AMT and digital maintenance systems.\
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • $12k residential allowance per annum for residential employees.\
  • $5k site allowance per annum depending on location.\
  • Up to 10% short-term incentive.
