Job Title

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of civil structures, roads, and asphalt works.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management processes in line with ISO 9001 standards and company policies.

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and developing quality plans, conducting inspections and tests, and overseeing subcontractor compliance.

You will also manage non-conformance reports, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure project excellence.

Additionally, you will prepare and present quality performance reports to stakeholders and management, and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification or diploma in Engineering, Construction, and/or Quality Management is essential.
  • Proven industry experience in a quality assurance role within the civil construction sector is desirable.
  • Strong technical capability in conducting inspections, audits, tests, and verification activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards is required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers are essential.
  • High-level digital skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using document management systems are advantageous.
