Mental Health Recovery Specialist

Mental health support workers play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental illness to reach their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and monitoring of individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver individual assistance to consumers based on their recovery goals.
- Monitor and review consumer recovery plans in partnership with clinical leads, carers, family members, clinicians, and community organizations.
- Complete risk assessments and safety planning activities as required.
- Certificate IV qualification in mental health or related field.
- At least two years experience working with consumers with severe and persistent mental illness.
- NSW full driver's license or equivalent.
- Understanding of principles of recovery-oriented mental health practice.
- Demonstrated ability to develop individual support plans and utilize outcome measures.
