Property Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Property Acquisition Specialist involves driving the sales funnel by securing high-quality consultations for senior consultants. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and must create a compelling, trustworthy, and energetic experience that opens the door for deeper sales conversations.

Your responsibilities include qualifying leads, building rapport, and maintaining pace through effective call control, confident objection handling, and strong urgency creation. You will also need to manage daily follow-ups, callbacks, and nurture opportunities via CRM, ensuring accurate calendar scheduling and respecting capacity.

A key aspect of this role is running discovery calls with strong energy, urgency, and control, accurately recording notes, client context, and pre-frame outcomes for senior consultants. Additionally, you will maintain a strong understanding of our pitch, value proposition, and service journey.

Key performance indicators for this role include consults booked and completed, conversion rates, show rate to closer, follow-up task completion rates, CRM integrity, daily outbound connects, script adherence, and engagement.
