The Opportunity

This role offers a rare chance to make a lasting impact on airport operations. As a Workforce Planning Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing preplanning processes, leading a team, and coordinating responses to disruptions. Your expertise will ensure high-level stakeholder engagement and effective business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage preplanning processes for all Australian airports
  • Lead a team in pre-day-of-operation activities
  • Coordinate responses to disruptions affecting airport operations
  • Formulate resolutions to resourcing challenges
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in Workforce Planning, including day-of-operations pre-planning and allocation
  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams and their performance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels
  • Solid experience working in an operational environment, with experience in disruption management
  • Ability to make operational sound resource decisions and possess a strong planning and problem-solving skillset
