Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to provide specialist support services to those in housing need.

This role presents a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people who require assistance with navigating the complexities of housing needs and support services between tenants and landlords.

  • The ideal candidate will have:
    • flexible and individual client driven case management skills
    • a degree qualification in Social Work, Welfare or Community Services
    • demonstrated experience working within a psychosocial framework with homeless clients
    • high-level oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with diverse stakeholders including tenants, landlords and community members
