Job Title: Theatre Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and organized individual to provide exceptional administrative support in our Operating Theatre Precinct.
  1. Greet patients and facilitate requests from theatre management staff with a positive attitude and a smile.
  2. Utilize Microsoft Office packages and software such as iPM and DMR to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
  3. Coordinate shared mailboxes and ensure seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
This role requires excellent multitasking skills, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.Requirements:
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic team setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the theatre team, including managing queries from internal and external stakeholders, word processing, spreadsheet design, and database utilization.Key Responsibilities:
