Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our production operations, responsible for excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. This hands-on leadership role requires dynamic leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and a compelling initiative to support organizational success.

  • Champion a safe work environment and reduce injuries over time.
  • Create a work environment where employees are energized, excited, and motivated to continuously improve value stream processes.
  • Meet all performance measures and targets associated with safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve production plans meeting attainment targets.
  • Develop initiatives, cost actions, or cost improvements towards excellence.
  • Develop the technical capability of the workforce and leadership through ongoing training methodology.
  • Implement lean operating system transformation processes.
  • Manage departmental employees, establish clear goals and expectations, and provide resources for their development.
  • Consistently apply talent management process, identify key resources, and develop career plans.
  • Monitor KPIs routinely to ensure current production, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field, preferably with master's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in operations, preferably in electronic, medical device, or biotechnology industry.
  • P&L responsibility for a product line or manufacturing department or site.
  • Strong continuous improvement and safety focus, proven experience.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills, familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, self-directed, and ability to make independent decisions and influence change management.
