Product Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

A leading sales and merchandising company with over 45 years of experience is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their team as a Vendor Replenishment Specialist.
The role involves working closely with clients to deliver effective replenishment to Distribution Centres and ensure smooth end-to-end supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the interface between Coles and suppliers to ensure an efficient supply chain exists through collaborating on forecasting and replenishment planning.
- Achieve DIFOT & Inventory targets and identify and drive process improvements to ensure smooth end-to-end supply into Coles.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in supply or demand planning and forecasting processes within FMCG.
- Knowledge of Coles VRP systems is highly regarded.
- FMC analytical experience and a solution-driven mindset are essential.
- Able to problem-solve and conduct root cause analysis.
- Highly developed negotiation skills and the ability to influence a cross-section of stakeholders are required.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary.
