Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ICT technician to support the operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining electronic systems, including conducting preventative maintenance and fault-finding analysis.
This position requires relocation to Alice Springs, where we offer a competitive relocation package to assist with the transition.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the reliable operation of all aspects of the Security system.
- Repair and maintain site electronics, including fiber optic networks associated with IT system infrastructure.
- Conduct initial fault-finding analysis and implement solutions.
- Plan equipment, tools, and materials needed to complete tasks.
- Perform tasks for project efforts as required.
- Ensure health and safety practices at site and within the workplace.
Lensed Certification is required.
Experience and Skills – Minimum Essential- At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office operating system.
- Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.
- US Citizenship is required for security clearance.
