We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our CYMHS Head to Health Kids Tas team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of the CYMHS North Head to Health Kids Tasmania service
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, create care plans and deliver high-quality secondary level mental health interventions to children and families
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with service providers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Collect and analyze client and service outcome data to inform future improvements
- Provide specialist services to clients of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
- Offer clinical leadership and expert knowledge in all aspects of primary healthcare
- Develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate programs and activities to enhance client outcomes
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
- Current Working with Children Registration
