This is an exciting role for a skilled Allied Health Professional to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team in Tasmania.

About the Position:
  • Support the development of the CYMHS North Head to Health Kids Tasmania service
  • Conduct assessments, create care plans, and deliver individual and group secondary level mental health interventions to children and families
  • Establish collaborative care partnerships with service providers
  • Collect and review client and service outcome data and participate in activities to improve client outcomes

The Head to Health Kids Tas service works with families and universal, secondary, and tertiary service providers to provide integrated and holistic care. We are looking for a highly experienced Allied Health Professional who can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of a comprehensive clinical service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a comprehensive clinical service through relevant assessment, recovery-focused case management, and other recovery or trauma-informed services
  • Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment interventions for clients with major and complex mental health problems
  • Work collaboratively to develop and implement specialized treatment programs

Essential Criteria:
