Senior In-House Lawyer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced in-house lawyer to join our legal team.
- This is a broad role that involves working closely with us on various projects from development to delivery.
The successful candidate will be involved in the following key responsibilities:
- Assisting with acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals.
- Reviewing and negotiating construction, consultancy, supply, and property management agreements.
- Reviewing commercial and retail leases.
- Liaising with internal and external advisers regarding taxation, FIRB, insurance, and other regulatory and corporate matters.
- Assisting with post-completion issues and disputes.
- Advising on legal issues within marketing.
- Working closely with panel firms to provide legal advice.
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 8 years of experience in property development projects gained in a leading law firm, with ideally some in-house experience.
You will also have:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
- A positive and 'can do' attitude
