Quality Assurance Expert

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage quality systems/processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.

This position requires strategic thinking and analytical skills to review and analyse statistical data using quality management software.

  • Developing and implementing quality strategy plans, policies, procedures and practices as described in the Management System.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve product, service and asset performance targets.

Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, addressing potential quality issues and developing documentation such as standard operating procedures, work instructions and guidelines.

Additionally, you will be expected to assist in reviewing and maintaining existing documentation, working closely with other teams to ensure seamless operation.
