Job Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding full-time position based in Canberra, Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality systems and processes, conducting internal audits to identify non-conformance trends and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance quality strategy plans, policies, procedures, and practices as described in the Management System.
  • Review and analyze statistical data using quality management software to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, guidelines, and control records.
  • Conduct risk assessments and address potential quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product, service, and asset performance targets.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quality, Business, Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in coordination of quality management activities in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, tools, and relevant ISO standards.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working in defence or equivalent regulated industries would be beneficial.
