Job SummaryWe seek a senior Defence Design Management Professional to deliver solutions across Defence Estate and Infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure the overall design intent and direction is upheld throughout planning and delivery phases.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced designers to make a meaningful contribution to Defence's infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Technical coordination and delivery of design solutions throughout Defence's design phases.
- Development and implementation of Design Management Plans.
- Responsible for the Quality of design deliverables.
- Coodination of design inputs and project communications across the project.
- An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to engineering, architecture, or related discipline.
- A background in managing multidisciplinary design teams with a focus on the Defence Estate.
- A current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher.
- Understanding of Defence's design requirements, approaches, and standards.
