Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability, ensuring that we meet our high brand standards, customer promises, and quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams and provide clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences.
- Optimize profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down while improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, food cost, labor spend, and other controllable expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
