Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead and develop our team, supporting the Restaurant Manager in the smooth operation of the restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams and provide clear direction, coaching, and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth operation of the restaurant, including managing inventory, labor, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down while improving the customer experience and maintaining high standards.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
