Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the head chef to ensure seamless kitchen and front-of-house operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including OH&S and food safety standards.
- Contribute to business strategy and development, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth and improvement.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior hospitality role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Diploma in Hospitality or Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent financial management skills, with experience in controlling costs and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Current RSA Certificate and approved manager certificate (desirable).
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year + superannuation.
