Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead and develop our team, supporting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of quality and service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a hospitality management role, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
