Residential Property Claims Specialist

This is an exciting role for a Senior Technical Specialist to manage complex property claims and provide exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, apply sound decision-making skills, and proactively manage claims within established authority levels.
- Follow the AAL Claims Management Process
- Maintain knowledge of current legislation impacting claim management
- Apply analytical and critical thinking capabilities to interpret data and identify patterns
- Develop and maintain technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools
You will have experience in managing insurance claims with increased technical or customer complexity, preferably 5 years. Additionally, you should have significant experience in customer service roles, ability to plan, prioritize, and manage competing resources and demands.
