As an Area Manager at Pillow Talk, you will be responsible for coaching your leadership team on how to navigate operational and people challenges, empowering them to take charge, grow, and embrace change. You will set and achieve performance objectives, evaluate and optimize each store's performance, and develop the leadership capability and commercial aptitude of your store teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of store managers and leaders
- Drive sales growth through operational excellence and customer-centric strategies
- Coach and mentor store managers on leadership and operational skills
- Set and achieve performance objectives for each store
- Evaluate and optimize store performance to drive business results
- Experience working in a multi-site management role within a customer-centric retail environment
- Demonstrated love of retail with a focus on customer experience through team engagement
- Highly personable and confident with outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
