Richmond Fellowship Queensland is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Operations to lead The Way Back Support Services team based in Caboolture.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a human services related field and at least one year of relevant experience, or less formal qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience. They must also possess demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide a talented team, drive success, innovation, and growth together.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health issues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the overall operational management of The Way Back Support Service program and supervising Support Coordinators.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Managing client intake and case allocation processes, ensuring appropriate assessment, planning, and casework practices are applied
  • Oversight of documentation, including data reporting and duty of care requirements
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support clients with skill development, capacity building, and community connections

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a registered roadworthy and insured vehicle (minimum third-party property)
  • Ability to undergo criminal history screening and obtain and maintain a valid NDIS worker screening clearance pursuant to the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld)
