Temporary Customer Contact Officer

We are seeking experienced professionals for a 3-month temporary assignment on the Sunshine Coast.

This role involves being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong customer service experience in a team environment is essential;
  • The ability to work under pressure and resolve complex issues effectively is required;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems as needed is necessary;
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are vital;
  • Availability to work a rotational roster, including some Saturdays, is expected;
  • Completion of year 12 studies or equivalent is required;
  • A current C-Class driver's license is also necessary.
About This Role

In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, resolving customer complaints, and answering queries. You will work closely with our team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues;
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays;
  • Current C-Class driver's license.
