Job Title

A career as a Trainee Real Estate Receptionist offers the opportunity to develop and grow essential skills for a successful career in property management.

This role involves being the first point of contact for clients, using administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily to assist all aspects of the business.

  • Greet customers at the office
  • Handle and respond to phone and email enquiries
  • Provide administrative assistance to both the Property Management and Sales Departments
  • Acknowledge and follow up with clients on various matters
  • Manage inspection software
  • Assist agents with inspections when required

Support will be provided from all levels of the organisation, drawing upon the wealth of knowledge available.

  • Administrative tasks
  • Database management
  • Social media management
  • Supporting property management and leasing duties

The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, have excellent communication skills, and be highly organised. A quick learner with a strong customer service focus and a solutions-oriented mindset is also essential.
