**Job Overview:**

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we seek an experienced professional to lead the design and development of core regulatory guidance materials, processes, templates, forms, and compliance system tools to empower line management to lead safety and manage risk.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the HSEQ system to ensure information and processes are communicated clearly and concisely, making it simple and effective for line management to interpret and implement.

• Oversee and manage certifications and external audit programs to drive continuous improvement.

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities to improve and optimise the HSEQ Management System and other HSEQ System enablers.

**Requirements:**

• Demonstrated track record in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSE management systems.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to negotiate and influence outcomes across a broad stakeholder group.

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage concurrent projects.

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, excellence, and best practice in Occupational Health and Safety.

• Inquisitive and curious with well-developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
