Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans, strategies, and initiatives to align with organisational objectives.
  • Conduct analysis of workforce trends, organisational needs, and talent gaps to identify and anticipate future workforce requirements.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand their workforce needs and provide guidance on effective talent strategies.
  • Utilise data analytics and forecasting techniques to anticipate changes in workforce demand and proactively develop strategies to address potential gaps.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
  • Monitor and analyse workforce metrics, performance indicators, and key HR data to assess workforce effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (not essential).
  • Experience in workforce planning, talent management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to drive change and inspire teams.
