Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of leading our new branch, driving commercial growth and delivering exceptional customer value.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a clear commercial plan to grow revenue, expand market share, and protect margin. You will also own the branch P&L and drive profitable growth across all customer segments and product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial plan to drive growth and profitability.
- Owning the branch P&L and managing costs to maximize EBITDA.
- Analyzing performance trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with major contractors and project partners.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a commercial or operational role.
- Strong business acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A safety-first mindset and passion for team development.
