Ecommerce Trade Growth Manager

About our Ecommerce team, we are looking for a results driven individual to join us as an Ecommerce Merchandise Manager on a contract basis. As part of this role, you will enable our vision by managing the financial strategy and execution of commercial outcomes for our online channel.

Key responsibilities include meeting sales budgets, increasing growth profit for our market by using sales forecasting skills and web data analysis to determine trade activity and report on progression to ensure that we are meeting our targets and objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Marketing, Merchandise and Planning to develop strong category focus, promotional strategies and tactical activities that will support the growth of our online channel.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting a team to deliver results that impact the success of online trade.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an eCommerce and Digital Marketing environment
  • Extensive experience establishing growth strategies, financial budgets and driving commercial outcomes
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the use of web analytics tool, financial analysis and forecasting
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and lead a team to drive results
