Family Time Leaders play a vital role in fostering strong relationships and creating meaningful experiences for families.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of Family Time Workers, providing supervision, support, and feedback to ensure the effective delivery of supervised family time and transport services. Ensure the logistics are well-managed, quality service delivery is maintained, and complex issues are addressed.

Support and Supervision:

Offer ongoing debriefing, coaching, and guidance to your team, address and resolve issues, and escalate serious concerns to senior child protection staff when necessary.

Quality Assurance:

Oversee the quality of family time summary reports completed by your team, providing coaching and instruction to enhance report quality and accuracy.

Professional Development:

Manage and support the professional development of your team members, reinforcing learnings from formal training and organizing additional training as needed.

Administrative Duties:

Accurately approve payment claims and other related payments for Family Time Workers.

Problem-Solving:

Navigate complex situations that arise during family time arrangements, supporting staff to maintain morale and respond appropriately.
