JUST CUTS Ballina, NSW is looking for a Team Leader / Salon Manager to join our team.

  • $70,000+ per annum + Super + Commissions.
  • Full time, permanent role. Lower hours can be negotiated for the right person.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Salon Manager to join a thriving salon Step into managing a well-established, passionate and experienced team, drive an innovative Hair Cutting and styling only business model with no chemical work, and work to educate stylists and create signature styles.

About Us

A Just Cuts Team Leader/Salon Manager supervises the team and helps the Franchise Owner in running the Salon. If you're someone who loves the added challenge of extra responsibility, enjoys promoting a harmonious workplace, loves to help out Team Members and create a comfortable environment for all, this position is a great role for you.

About the Role

Hours: Full time permanent. Negotiation available for the right person.

Flexible with Saturdays & Sunday hours - we care about you and want you to have a good work/life balance.

Who We're Looking For:

You have a min Cert III in Hairdressing qualification and are looking for a step up and moving in a positive direction.

Your Responsibilities

Encompass but are not limited to:

  • Productive team rostering.
  • Salon queue management.
  • Stock control, including ordering and fulfilment, stock take.
  • Driving the team to deliver on daily, weekly and monthly business goals, including managing cut rates as well as average client taking per client.
  • Inspiring by example. Have a passion for hair styling and work hard to consistently create edgy and trendy style cuts and blow waves to our clients.
  • Supporting your team in their skill development and ability to deliver best practice.
