Emergency Management Lead Job Description
">The Emergency Management Lead role is a critical position, responsible for ensuring emergency management responsibilities are fulfilled in line with the State Emergency Management Plan and relevant legislation.

- Revision of Municipal and Workplace Emergency Management Plans and sub-plans to ensure they meet legislative requirements.">
- Oversight and governance of the Business Continuity Process, Emergency Planning Committee, and Emergency Control Organisations to ensure effective emergency management.">
- Support lead for emergency management activities, providing strategic guidance and direction.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Tertiary qualification in emergency management and/or public safety or relevant experience in a similar role.">
- Demonstrated knowledge of key legislation and requirements of Emergency Management legislation.">
- Experience in leadership, continuous improvement, team building, and project management to drive business outcomes.">
- Current Working with Children Check and other pre-employment checks as required.">
