Job Title: Emergency Services Clerk
About the Role:We are seeking multiple staff to join our team in a 24/7 Emergency Services Clerical role.
Main Responsibilities:- Work across various departments, including the Emergency Department and Short Stay Unit.
- Support the workforce with planned leave and fulfill unplanned deficits at short notice.
- Influenza vaccination is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software or similar is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Previous experience in an Emergency Department or Healthcare setting would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with iPM/CPF/CERNER software or similar could be advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Applicants must demonstrate consistency and reliability, with three working days availability as a minimum, including weekends and public holidays.
