Job Role Overview

We are seeking a permanent part-time staff member to work approximately 39 hours per fortnight at Monash Children's Hospital.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a welcoming greeting to individuals approaching the reception desk.
  • Offer high-standard customer service to patients and their families face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Utilize various software systems to support work and assist consumers.
  • Ensure timely, complete, and accurate entry of data and details when admitting and updating patient information into multiple systems.
