Job Overview

The Workforce Planning Administrator role is key to the smooth operation of our team. The primary focus is on supporting the financial reconciliation of temporary staff costs, ensuring accurate FTE workforce reports and timely agency timesheet submissions for approval.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyse and maintain robust FTE tracking of temporary staff
  • Weekly Cost Accrual Reconciliation
  • Submission of Invoices for Business Unit Head Approval
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries
  • Validation of Temporary Staff Costs against internal reports
  • Supporting the workforce planning team in reconciling and documenting temporary staff costs
  • Monthly reconciliation of temporary workforce costs
  • Assistance with queries relating to temporary staff costs or discrepancies
  • Accurate tracking of Project/Cost Centres for each Temporary Employee
  • Support with Cost Analysis on Temporary Staff Utilisation
  • Overtime trend analysis and cost reporting
  • Cab Charges and Travel Costs Reconciliation and analysis
  • Resource Planning & Real Time support with ad-hoc requests

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Superior attention to detail, accuracy and time management
  • Strong investigation and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Skill in interpreting, developing and delivering quality reporting to facilitate decision-making processes
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
