Leadership Opportunity

A challenging retail leadership role has become available, offering the chance to drive sales and serve customers as a Duty Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include leading from the front, supervising shifts, and supporting team members. You will handle customer inquiries, work collaboratively with the store management team, and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your shift.

The specifics of this role include:

  • Opening and closing the store and overseeing shifts
  • Offering feedback to the team that is clear, constructive, and inspiring
  • Assisting in training and onboarding new team members
  • Serving customers at the registers with a smile and being a customer service superstar
  • Maintaining shelves stocked with products so our customers can easily find their favourites
  • Identifying and reporting any incidents or hazards to ensure everyone's safety
