Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Signature Care Operations. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents, while also assisting with daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as serving meals and cleaning
  • Participate in activities and programs designed to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture
Requirements
  • Currently studying Cert III or IV Individual Support (Ageing) and due to be qualified within 6 months of commencing employment
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, observing, and speaking
  • A passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents
