Waterfront Ambassador Role

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Waterfront Ambassador. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is smooth and enjoyable.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate arrivals, departures, airport and resort transfers for waterfront guests
  • Meet and greet all vessel owners and crew into the marina and moorings
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Fulfill daily requests from skippers, including cleaning and detailing of vessels, delivery and pickup of laundry and linen, and administrative duties
  • Process payments and handle general enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist with waterfront office and boatyard duties as required
What We're Looking For:

You will love working with boats and people who share your passion for the water.

  • You are meticulous and highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing friendly and efficient service
  • A current driver's license
  • Ability to obtain an RDA Coxswain 3 qualification
  • Current First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation certifications
  • Strong administration skills
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of guests and stakeholders
