Dispensary Assistant Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Dispensary Assistant to join our team.As a key member of the dispensary team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their prescription and general enquiries, working closely with Pharmacists to dispense medications, and providing exceptional customer service skills.The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong eye for detail and accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist Pharmacists with dispensing medications and other tasks as required.
  • Conduct medication counselling sessions with customers to ensure they understand their treatment plan.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer files and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of stock management and replenishment to meet customer demand.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Dedicated work ethic and strong team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience working in a dispensary or pharmacy setting.
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy.

Please note: This role requires standing for long periods of time and repeating the same movements.
