Transforming Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our research team as we conduct a stepped-wedge cluster randomised implementation trial designed to reduce perioperative hypothermia and improve outcomes for patients undergoing surgery (The GLOW Trial).
The successful applicant will be part of the Centre for Healthcare Transformation, which brings together leading clinicians, health economists, statisticians and implementation scientists from a variety of fields, including nursing and other health sciences.
The Centre's vision is to transform healthcare for better lives.
- Conduct research on healthcare transformation and implementation science
- Collaborate with the Centre's team and School of Nursing staff
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Facilitate and coordinate research projects and activities

What You Need To Succeed
Your expertise and initiative, combined with your ability to work as an excellent team player, will be vital to your success in this role. You will demonstrate:
- Completion of (or working towards) a doctoral qualification in healthcare. Clinical experience in an acute hospital setting is desirable.
- Demonstrated expert facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships for facilitation practice, including guiding and supporting others.
