Health Program Lead Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Health Program Lead to oversee the development and implementation of large-scale health programs that deliver measurable impact on patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and clinical safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring, managing, and delivering a portfolio of health programs aligned to our strategic objectives. This includes translating strategic assessments and pain points into actionable roadmaps, establishing strong governance frameworks, and ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards.

As a key member of our team, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, including project managers and subject matter experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. A focus will be stakeholder engagement—working closely with clinicians, administrators, executives, and external partners to build trust and ensure seamless adoption of initiatives across the health sector.

This role also requires oversight of program dependencies, with a strong emphasis on benefits realisation and risk management. You will tailor complex technical and clinical information into concise updates for executives, boards, and policymakers, driving informed decision-making.

Key Qualifications
  • Program Management Expertise – Strong knowledge of Agile, MSP, and PMBOK methodologies, and experience managing significant transformation programs.
  • Health Sector Knowledge – Deep understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, health informatics, and digital health transformation, including compliance and privacy standards.
  • Leadership & People Management – Proven ability to lead project managers and multidisciplinary teams, ideally in healthcare or government settings.
  • Governance & Strategic Delivery – Experience designing governance frameworks, managing risks (including clinical and patient safety risks), and ensuring value delivery through benefits realisation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to influence and engage diverse health stakeholders to achieve program outcomes.
  • Change & Adoption Expertise – Experience leading cultural change, clinician engagement, and training to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
